Mother Earth is a Body?
Ever thought about how you feel fabulous in certain locations but visiting other places leaves you experiencing discomfort, unease or perhaps illness?
You may have heard of Louise Hay or even Debbie Shapiro and their multiple books that discuss the body mind connection between our thoughts and beliefs and the then manifested physical issues and dis-ease we experience in our bodies. There is much evidence to support this connectivity between what we believe or perceive about ourselves and our world and how this is then communicated to us by our physical body.
When we comprehend that we are an intimate part of all life, then we are able to see that there is nothing wrong with our world and that it is simply our perception of it that is faulty. Our debilitated perceptions are the result of our belief systems. These create and colour our reality. When we are willing to remove our rose tinted glasses and earnestly examine our belief systems, then we are able to change them. In so doing, we change the way in which we see things. When we see differently, we respond differently. We have then changed and in so doing, we have changed our reality and hence our world. We can then change how our body needs to communicate our inner reality to us via our own body and via that of Mother Earth’s body.
As human parts of the Earth, we contain the constituents of the overall structure of the Earth. Humans and Earth are mutable beings as we are both predominantly water-based bodies. Change is therefore possible. When we function with absolute clarity and consciousness, with belief systems that respect and intend for the highest good of all Earth life, we are able to manifest fast, effective and lasting prosperity.
How do we make these shifts in our individual perception and beliefs, other than using affirmations and some awareness?

When we know the system of the body that we are receiving ground support from and in turn are assisting in healing for Mother Earth, we then recognise the responsibility we have in becoming healthier in our perceptions of ourselves and out world around us.
